Your responsibilities will include:
Create 3D models of concrete structures using BIM (Allpan, Revit)
Design reinforcement structures with BIM (Allplan, Revit)
Prepare formwork drawings, overview drawings, cast in situ drawings, precast element drawings and detail drawings.
Create reports such as rebar lists and schema lists.
Perform clash checks between reference models, objects in reference models, and between parts.
Review and analyze project documents to identify drawing and specification conflicts, insufficient information, and missing dimensions and report any issues for clarification.
Review and sell-check formwork and reinforcement drawings to ensure they comply with production and drawing standards.

Prepare structural calculations and analysis reports according to Eurocode.
Analyse building structures using structural design software
Prepare Finite Element Models
Work on several project stages from feasibility studies through concept, schematic and detailed design stage
Working alongside project managers to support day to day running of projects
Prepare and Create structural drawings
Ensure designs and drawings are accurate, tie in with architectural drawings, and adhere to the design code used standard
Keep fellow team members and the branch manager informed of work-load and deadlines, to help with the delegation of work.
Assist in preparation of free proposals
Prepare rebar sketches and information for BIM teams
Prepare training material for trainings in engineering subjects
